Setsu e Shinobu Ito

Both Designers and Architects. After graduating in Japan, at Tama Art University in Tokyo, Shinobu, and at Tsukuba University, Setsu, they moved to Milan where they have been working between Milan and Tokyo as consultants for important companies.

Their work has been published and exhibited through Europe and Japan and has received several awards. Some pieces are today part of the permanent collection at the museum of Contemporary Art in Munich and Milan.

Shinobu work also as a graphic designer and is involved in marketing activities, specialism that she developed during the times spent at CBS Sony. Setsu is also a Lecturer in Milan at the Domus Academy, the Istituto Europeo di Design and the Politecnico di Milano, and in Tokyo at the Tsukuba University and the Tama University.
